A tall liqueur glass changes the way you serve: the drink forms a column instead of a pool, and the light passes through its entire height. Garnished with gazpacho and a shrimp skewer, or a ginger shot next to a jar of lemon, it gives small portions the look of an elegant buffet. Lined up in sixes or eights on a tray with other glasses from the same series, it creates a table with a sea-green reflection.

What you need to know for its use and maintenance:

• Uses: digestive, shot of pressed juice, short iced coffee, or savory verrine
• Stability: narrow base, prefer a tray on a thick tablecloth
• Dishwasher: yes
• Microwave and oven: no
• By hand: soft bottle brush or rolled-up cloth, without forcing your wrist into the glass
• Drying: upside down on a folded tea towel
