Ribbed white ceramic ball vase

Key measurements to help you find its place:

• Height: 28.5 cm
• Shape: spherical, small off-center round opening at the top
• Weight: 2.8 kg
• Delivered ready to use
• Package: 37 x 37 x 37 cm, 3.4 kg

What gives it its character, up close:

• Material: high-fired ceramic
• Finish: matte white with a slightly granular texture, applied via slip before firing
• Surface: horizontal ridges worked into the wall before firing, with a depth that varies slightly from one piece to the next
• Interior: brown, unglazed

Between chalk and cut stone, this spherical vase brings a soft, mineral presence. On the floor, filled with tall dried grasses, it dresses up a corner of the dining room or the base of a window; on a round side table, it echoes the curved lines of the furniture. It complements light-colored interiors, bouclé fabrics, and dark woods, and is just as beautiful to behold when empty.

To install it and enjoy it for a long time:

• Usage: indoor only
• Composition: pampas grass, dried branches, eucalyptus
• Fresh flowers: place a glass inside, as the unglazed interior ceramic is porous
• After use with water: rinse the inside with clear water and let it air dry
• Maintenance: soft, slightly damp cloth, without abrasive products which would mark the matte finish
