Solid teak round plate

Measurements for each size, to assemble your table setting:

• ø 14 cm: 14 cm diameter, 2 cm high, 80 g
• ø 25 cm: 25 cm diameter, 2 cm high, 280 g
• ø 30 cm: 30 cm diameter, 2 cm high, 440 g
• Flat profile, slightly raised edge
• The sizes are stackable

What makes each piece unique:

• Material: solid teak, hand-carved from a single block, seamless
• Slightly irregular thickness and base, with the carving following the wood grain
• Veining, knots, and honey-to-brown tones unique to each plate
• ø 30 cm: golden heartwood and lighter sapwood combined in a single piece
• May develop a silvery-grey patina over time

Beneath a stoneware plate, the wood extends by a centimeter or two, giving the place setting a warm foundation. It pairs well with matte stoneware, linen, and raffia placemats. The small one punctuates the table under a glass; the large one rests at the center of a coffee table, like a tray that gathers whatever is placed upon it.

What each size is used for, and how to keep the wood beautiful:

• ø 14 cm: tapas, bread or sweets, or coasters for glasses and mugs
• ø 25 cm: charcuterie, cheeses or bread, or placemats
• ø 30 cm: serving platter for cheeses or bread, or coffee table tray
• Food contact: dry foods only
• Not dishwasher, microwave, or oven safe, and do not place hot dishes on it
• Hand wash with mild soap, do not soak, and dry immediately
• Apply food-grade oil regularly to maintain the color and prevent the wood from drying out
• Store flat, away from direct sunlight
