Set of 2 brass and smoked glass arch tealight candle holders

Key measurements, to help you find their place:

• Set of 2 candlesticks of different heights
• Large candlestick: 29 cm high, 14.5 cm wide, 9 cm deep
• Candle: tealight, one per candlestick, sold separately
• Set weight: 1.5 kg
• Parcel: 17 x 12 x 32 cm

Brass and glass, nothing more:

• Arch: a single curved brass strip, free-standing
• Cup: round, made of brass, resting on the top of the arch
• Glass: smoked cylinder with a straight edge, resting in the cup without being fixed
• Handmade: slight variations in tone and finish from one piece to another

Two brass arches, two heights, two flames under smoked glass: the set alone creates a small architecture, with its solids and voids. On a shelf, console table, or kitchen counter, the shadow of the curves is cast upon a plain surface. Their clean lines suit minimalist interiors just as well as warmer settings of stone, wood, or plaster.

What you need to know for their use and maintenance:

• Usage: indoors, with a tea light candle
• Candle: remove the glass with one hand to change it, without touching the brass
• Placement: lower the glass back down perfectly flat; a tilted edge will scratch the tray
• Brass: dust dry
• Washing: the glass only, with lukewarm water, dried well before being put back in place
