Natural solid teak individual bowl 15 cm

Key measurements, to know what it holds:

• Diameter: 15 cm
• Height: 8 cm
• Capacity: 500 ml
• Weight: 260 g
• Package: 15 x 15 x 15 cm

What gives it its substance and character:

• Material: solid teak root, unvarnished
• Turned from a single block, thick walls, almost straight sides
• Concentric rings around a knot on one side, long grain lines on the other
• Warm brown heartwood, lighter sapwood in patches
• Each piece has a different grain pattern

A solid wood bowl stands out primarily for the thickness of its rim, which is much greater than that of a ceramic piece: you are holding a statement piece, not just a container. Filled with nuts for an aperitif, placed on a stool on the terrace or on a linen tablecloth, it pairs perfectly with raffia, linen, and other teak pieces.

What you need to know for its use and care:

• Usage: dry foods only
• Dishwasher, microwave and oven: no
• Rinse briefly with warm water and wipe dry immediately
• Never let it soak, teak swells and then splits as it dries
• Air dry standing upright
• Apply wood oil with a cloth twice a year
