A red tone brings out warm metals: brass, copper, satin gold, as well as terracotta and tan leather. However, it clashes with bluish-grey stoneware and brushed stainless steel, where it appears orange. This is the most distinctive finish in the series, to be chosen with full awareness.

• Rotate the squares if several are used, the red fades in daylight
• Do not leave permanently on a sunny windowsill
