Description
The Karbon pendant light descends as a fluted tube at the end of a cable that is shortened during installation: it can be adjusted to the exact height of the surface it is intended to illuminate. Its light source is recessed within the tube, which conceals it while directing light straight onto the surface below. Whether used singly above a bedside table or repeated over an island, it can be chosen in a subtle or a bold, statement-making hue.

Style and Decoration +

A slender, vertical, fluted cylinder that reads as much as an object as it does a light fixture. Its matte surface allows the grooves to cast their own shadows, and its color sets the tone: blending into the ceiling, echoing a textile or a wall, or serving as a bold accent. Whether placed alone above a bedside table, in a pair on either side of a bed, or in a trio at staggered heights over an island, it is as versatile in composition as it is as a single unit. It finds its place in a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, hallway, or entryway.

Assembly and Maintenance +

What to plan for installation, and what is required afterward:

  • Switch off the power at the main panel before installation and before changing any light bulb
  • Ceiling mounting using the metal bracket of the canopy, two screws and two wall plugs
  • Connection to the canopy terminal block: live, neutral, and earth wire to its terminal
  • Cable height to be adjusted during installation using the canopy cable grip
  • The socket pulls out of the tube to install or change the light bulb
  • Indoor use only, away from water splashes
