What the seat is made of, and what holds it up.

• Solid oak or walnut frame, depending on the version
• Seat and back in plywood of the same wood
• Curved backrest, slightly dished seat
• Wood seat, or fitted with a cognac leather cushion
• Natural Manaus leather, smooth surface, 0.9 to 1.1 mm thick
• Other fabrics and leathers are available on request: write to us and we will tell you the colors and their price
• Colors and materials shown are for reference: slight variations are possible

Designed by Christian Haas in 2026, the Vio keeps straight lines and a backrest that curves just enough. In bare wood, it stays understated around a solid wood table; with its cognac leather cushion, it warms up a light-colored table. It stacks to free up the room between meals.

What to know before you order.

• Doorstep delivery: the piece is left outside your door, with no entry into your home, no unpacking and no assembly
• Made to order: 11 to 13 weeks between order and delivery
• Wood: keep away from radiators, air conditioning and direct sunlight; humidity around 50% helps prevent cracks
• Stains on wood: wipe up right away, then go over with a damp cloth; never use bleach or any corrosive product
• Leather: vacuum to remove dust; wipe a stain right away with a cloth and mild soapy water, in small circles
