Kyoto low bowl in brown glazed ceramic 14 cm

Key measurements for table setting:

• Diameter: 14 cm
• Height: 5 cm
• Capacity: 265 ml
• Weight: 260 g
• Package: 19 x 19 x 9 cm

What it is made of and what sets it apart:

• Material: glazed ceramic
• Rim: amber edge
• Glaze: glossy dark brown with blue-grey highlights, speckled khaki band below the rim
• Base: bare clay ring
• Production: handmade, reactive glaze, color variations from one piece to another

Its dark, glossy brown glaze contrasts with light-colored table linen or a stone surface, adding depth to a set table. Lined up next to plates for side dishes, or placed alone on a wooden butcher block, it brings a sober and warm touch.

What you need to know for its use and maintenance:

• Uses: side dishes, small salads, hummus, compotes, sauces
• Use a wooden spoon: metal leaves gray marks on the glossy enamel
• Hand wash, with lukewarm water
• No sudden temperature changes
• Dishwasher and microwave: not documented
