A matte barrel twenty-nine centimeters high with a glossy sleeve interrupting it at the bottom: that is the entire object, and it is the detail you notice first when the light is on. The two vertical beams highlight the wall along the entire height of the tube, lengthening an entryway or staircase. Used in a pair, it frames a bed or a mirror in a modern interior where matte and gloss play off one another.

What you need to know for installation and maintenance:

• Switch off the power at the circuit breaker before installation
• Fixing: mounting plate screwed to the wall using two wall plugs, the tube is secured to it with two screws
• Connection: live, neutral, and earth, Class I; to be carried out by an electrician if the light point does not exist
• Two GU10 bulbs required, not included
• Maintenance: soft, dry cloth, bulbs cold
• The shiny part shows fingerprints: use a microfiber cloth
• IP20: not suitable for damp areas in a bathroom
