Natural solid teak salt dish 6 cm

Key measurements for a small bowl to place near the table setting:

• Diameter: 6 cm
• Height: 4 cm
• Weight: 20 g
• Packaging: sold individually
• Care: gentle wash, no soaking

Its material, its craftsmanship and what makes each piece unique:

• Material: solid teak
• Craftsmanship: carved by artisans
• Shape: round, with smooth walls, on a flat base that provides stability
• Color: natural wood with honey tones, veined with darker brown
• Grain: each bowl has its own pattern, its own variations in tone and its own nuances

Teak brings the warmth of wood to the table, and its grain makes each bowl a unique piece. It pairs perfectly with wooden platters and boards, a fringed woven placemat, or a light-colored tablecloth. For a sushi meal, place one in front of each guest, near the chopsticks.

What you need to know to serve with it and keep the wood in good condition:

• Uses: table salt by the pinch, soy sauce, dipping oils
• Serving: one small bowl per guest, for a sauce served to each person
• Gentle hand wash with mild soap, or with a barely damp cloth
• Complete drying after each wash
• Do not soak
• Food-grade oil to be applied regularly, to prevent the wood from drying out and warping
