Natural solid teak square napkin ring 6 cm

Key measurements for setting your table:

• Side: 6 cm
• Thickness: 2 cm
• Shape: square with softened corners, featuring a round hole
• Sold individually

What defines its material and geometry:

• Material: solid teak, carved from reclaimed teak root
• Color: natural
• Carved from a single block, no joinery
• Four thick corners and four thinner sides
• Dark intersecting veins, grain and shade unique to each piece
• Burned marking on one side

Laid flat on the plate, this square napkin ring aligns the napkin with the edges of the table instead of letting it roll. Its clean geometry is suited to understated settings, in matte stoneware or solid linen, where it provides an edge rather than a pattern, on a marble tray just as on a light wood table.

What you need to know to keep it for a long time:

• Usage: one ring per napkin, rolled or gathered
• Narrow and rigid hole: roll a thick napkin tightly
• Scratches: light sanding with fine-grit sandpaper
• Apply wood oil with a cloth two or three times a year
• No soaking or dishwasher: the wood swells and the hole closes up
• Keep away from radiators or windows with direct exposure: teak turns grey when it dries out
