A single block of teak, two distinct tones:

• Material: turned teak, handmade
• Sides: stained black, wood grain visible in relief
• Top: teak crown left natural, sharp edge at the rim of the tray
• Recess: round and varnished, the only glossy area of the piece
• Shape: sides rounded towards a small recessed base
• Natural wood: variations in shade and grain specific to each piece

From above, a warm teak ring around the flame; from the side, a small, matte black volume, almost like a pebble. Scattered across a dining table, it draws a line of low light. Alone in a niche or on a shelf, it is enough to warm up a corner. It loves dark wood, linen, and light-colored walls.

To use it and keep its two tones sharp:

• Usage: indoor, with a tea light candle placed in the housing
• Wax: remove it once cold, by lifting it out of the varnished housing towards the outside
• Natural crown: it absorbs wax, never wet it, as water would cause the wood to swell and crack the adjacent paint
• Black sides: a dry cloth
