What forms the seat, and what supports it.

• Memory foam cushions: they regain their shape after every use
• Upholstery: Tálio fabric, a blend of cotton, viscose, polyester, and linen
• Wear resistance: 25,000 Martindale cycles
• Solid armrests, upholstered in the same fabric
• Solid oak or walnut frame, depending on the version
• Metal structure, slender black metal legs
• Colors and materials shown for reference purposes only: slight variations are possible

Designed by Gonçalo Campos in 2017, the Bowie rests on a single contrast: the meeting of metal and solid wood, where the slender legs pinch the wooden frame beneath the seat. Everything else fades away: straight volumes with softened angles, solid armrests, and cushions without buttons or topstitching. Its sober lines fit into a minimalist interior just as well as a more cluttered living room. Standing on its legs, it reveals the floor and lightens the room: a rug extending underneath and a coffee table in wood or stone are enough to complete the setting.

What you need to know before ordering.

• Curbside delivery: the item is left at your doorstep, without entering your home, and does not include unpacking or assembly
• Made to order: 11 to 13 weeks between order and delivery
• A single package weighing 106 or 155 kg depending on the size: plan for help to carry it, and check that it will fit through doors and staircases
• Wood: keep away from radiators, air conditioning, and direct sunlight; humidity around 50% prevents cracking
• Stains on wood: wipe immediately, then wipe with a damp cloth; never use bleach or corrosive products
• Fabric: vacuum weekly, at half power, to keep it in good condition for longer
